    NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Next day delivery is available at any mainland address in England and Wales and throughout southern and central Scotland. We deliver the next working day if requested before 12 noon. For example, to request delivery on Monday just contact us before 12 noon on Friday.

    DELAYED DELIVERY: You can request a delivery day weeks in advance or you can wait to choose a delivery day later. We can deliver on any weekday of your choice, just contact us before 12 noon the day before.

    AM DELIVERY - BEFORE NOON: Delivery before 12 noon is a low cost option at any mainland address in England and Wales and throughout southern and central Scotland, except in PA21-23 and PA35-36 postcodes. If your delivery is outside the specified time the charge will be fully refunded.

    SATURDAY DELIVERY: Saturday delivery is a low cost option at any mainland address in England and Wales and throughout southern and central Scotland, except in PA21-23 and PA35-36 postcodes. To request delivery on Saturday just contact us before 12 noon on Friday.

    NO HIDDEN DELIVERY CHARGES: The price you see is the price you pay. Our prices include all delivery charges - unlike most others we do not add delivery charges during the checkout process. This furniture is not currently available in northern Scotland or at any offshore address. I researched a lot of sites for Lutyens style benches before placing my order with your company,most were three times or more the price of your product. Therefore, I was not expecting a top quality product. However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised, the quality is excellent, the bench is treated with a weather protective oil and looks equally as good and stylish as the much more expensive benches on other sites. The only negative about the product is the nut,bolt and allen key assembly mechanism is somewhat fiddly, but that said, it's not 'rocket science'and only took two of us 20mins to assemble.
I would also like to compliment you on your customer service, I have never experienced such srevice anywhere before, a courtesy call within five minutes of placing the order! A very pleasant and polite lady explained all about the delivery and what to do in case of any problems etc, thats what I call service. I had no problems whatsoever. I am delighted with my goods and I would be happy to recommend this product and I would most certainly recommend your company. Thank you very much
